  Very friendly staff, and they always seems happy to help, which always makes my trips enjoyable.
  Great selection of letter and parcel sizes, and perfect collection of other items. The staff are very accommodating and responsive to your needs. Highly recommend!

  Staff are always friendly and polite, they take the time to get to know you. Our whole family feels very welcome going there are we get great service. Many of the poor reviews are regarding AusPost in general and shouldn’t reflect on the Kingston shop specifically.

  Lady treated me like a criminal for coming to collect a parcel with my address on it. The card that was left for us had no name so how was I to know it wasn't for us? I have to travel quite far with my baby to the post office so I think an apology rather than suspicion was more warranted.

  The place is fine just closes early and there are always huge queues on weekends.

  I paid a lot of money to have post redirected to my new address and countless items were still sent to my old address. Luckily the lady who bought my old house was good enough to redirect them.
  Went in and asked them why that was and they showed literally no concern and refused me a refund... Huge waste of money and time...
